The Our Medical Membership Program has been designed to offer our patients exclusive benefits from the co-located services at our centres and local businesses within our communities.
About the Membership Program
All patients can sign up to the membership program for free and benefit from:
- $20 Dental voucher
- $20 Physio voucher to use with the onsite physiotherapist
- Local offers and discounts (where available)
Our members also have the option to upgrade to receive additional benefits.
Silver $15/year only avaialble at select centres
- Flu vaccine voucher (for patients aged 5-64)
Gold Individual $25/year
- $50 Dental voucher
- $50 Physio voucher
- Flu Vaccine Voucher (for patients aged 5-64)
- 5% off private vaccines (where available)
- Pharmacy discounts (at participating pharmacies)
Gold Family $45/year
- 2 x $50 Dental vouchers
- 2 x $50 Physio vouchers
- 4 x Flu Vaccine Vouchers (for patients aged 5-64)
