Our Medical Oakleigh welcomes Dr Fereshteh Ravanbakhsh
Dr Feri is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and has been practising as a General Practitioner in Australia since 2012. She obtained her Fellowship in 2016.
Dr Feri enjoys all aspects of general practice and takes a patient-centred approach to providing personalised, comprehensive care. Her areas of particular interest include women’s health, chronic disease management, children’s health, mental health and travel medicine.
She has a special interest in women’s health across all stages of life, including pregnancy care, pre-menopause and menopause management, cervical screening, and contraception counselling.
Dr Ravanbakhsh also enjoys managing chronic health conditions, including diabetes, high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease, with a focus on prevention, early intervention and long-term wellbeing.
She is passionate about supporting patients and families through different stages of life and believes in building trusting, respectful and ongoing relationships with her patients.
Outside of medicine, Dr Feri enjoys spending time with her family and children.
Dr Feri's consulting hours at Our Medical Oakleigh are: Tuesday 7am – 5pm, Wednesday 2pm – 7pm, Thursday 12pm – 10pm, Friday 2pm - 7pm and Saturday 8am – 6pm.
Dr Feri offers bulk billed GP consultations for all patients with a Medicare card. No appointment is required:
