Bulk billed telehealth consults are now available for regular Our Medical patients during busy times at our centres.

Eligibility Requirements

Certain eligibility criteria needs to be met for the bulk-billed telehealth service at Our Medical. Bulk billed telehealth consults are only available for patients that:

• have attended the medical centre within the past 12 months;
• do not require a physical examination as part of the consult;
• have verified eligibility with medical centre Reception, in-person, when the service is available (weekday evenings and weekends).

How It Works

Using our bulk-billed telehealth service is designed to be simple and user-friendly. Here’s how the process works:

1. Check Your Eligibility: Start by speaking with our friendly reception team. They will guide you through the eligibility criteria and answer any questions you may have.
2. Join the Telehealth Queue: Once your eligibility is confirmed, you will be placed in a designated queue specifically for telehealth consultations. This dedicated approach helps streamline the process and minimises wait times.
3. Telehealth Consultation: When it’s your turn, a dedicated telehealth General Practitioner will phone your mobile. During this consultation, you will have the opportunity to discuss your health concerns, ask questions, and receive medical advice tailored to your situation.

Bulk Billed Telehealth Hours

This service offers another option during peak wait-times in our centres, which is why it’s available during the following hours:

• Weekdays: 4 PM – 10 PM
• Weekends: 8 AM – 10 PM

This flexibility ensures that you can access healthcare services at times that are most convenient for you.

Our telehealth service is currently available at all Our Medical centres except Our Medical Cranbourne and Morayfield (coming in August 2025).
