How to Book

Our Medical Consulting Suites, St Leonards - How to book Instructions:

1. Go to our website : www.ourmedical.com.au

2. Login to the website using your personalized login details provided by the Our Medical team. If you do not have these details - please email : info@ourmedical.com.au

3. This will allow you access to view all areas of the website.

4. If you select the "Rates" tab, this will show you the room you have chosen to rent and the agreed rate.

5. If you select the "Roster" tab, you can choose a date and view if any other practitioners have made a booking on that date.

6. Once you have confirmed availability, then select "Bookings".

7. It will bring up a screen for you to click the month you would like to make a booking in. You do this by clicking the drop down menu. You will see your room number listed as the room you would like to make a booking for.

8. Select your month and then click "go".

9. This will bring up a calendar.

10. On this calendar you will select all the dates and times you would like for the month.

11. If for example, you use your room every Monday for a full day. You will need to click firstly the morning session - and it will come up with a message boxing asking how long you want to make the booking for - just a single day or for the full month. You can choose this from the drop down menu.

12. If you want it for the whole month, select month and then click "Add". After this another message box will come up and ask if you want to add more dates or confirm. If you want the whole day, you will then have to do the same thing for the afternoon session. Select "month" and then add and the whole month will be locked in for you for a full day session on a Monday.

13. Once you have finished selecting all your days - the message box will pop up again and you can click confirm.

14. It will then show a summary of all your days and times. You can still remove some at this point if required.

15. Once you click continued, it will take you through to a screen offering car parking. If you require parking, please type in the number of spaces required.

16. Click continue and then it will bring up a "Confirm" page, listing all the details of the booking and any additional items like parking.

17. By clicking continue to payment, it will take you to a secure website page, with commbank.

18. Enter your card details, and click complete.

19. Your booking will then be locked in and complete.

20. You can check your booking by clicking back in to the "Roster" and viewing your booked days.
